Reports get read, not filed
Every report is answered by the developer who paid for it: accepted, or disputed with a reason. Silence past 48 hours pays the tester automatically, so nobody is left waiting on a dead account.
We do not buy store reviews
Credits pay for the private report that reaches you directly. A public review on Google Play earns nothing here, is never verified, and is never required — that line is what keeps accounts safe on both stores.
